Two Binghamton residents are accused of having heroin, cocaine, oxycodone pills and packaging materials in their Oak Street apartment.

Members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force say 47 year old Damien Ellison and 32 year old Natira Dinkins were arrested following a search of the apartment where they found 63 glassine envelopes containing heroin, a knotted wrap of crack cocaine, powder cocaine, the oxycodone, digital scales and drug packaging material.

Both are charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, three misdemeanor counts of drug possession and three counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia.
