Norwich Woman Killed in One-Car Crash

New York State Police say speed and poor road conditions due to snow appear to have contributed to a crash in Chenango County December 27th that claimed one life.

Authorities say 31 year old Casey Decker of Norwich was driving on County Road 32 in Norwich when her vehicle crashed shortly before 8 a.m.

Decker's vehicle was the only one involved.
