Pennsylvania State Police are looking for Northern Tier residents who may have been the victims of a home improvement scam.

Officials say Robert Kolovich of Northumberland, Pennsylvania was arrested on three warrants August 1 in connection with complaints that residents paid Kolovich or Lifetime Choice Windows and didn’t get any services or their money back.

State Police in Towanda say Kolovich has been arrested by numerous police departments throughout northeastern and central Pennsylvania.

Troopers are asking Bradford residents to contact them if they paid for services they didn’t get and advise people living outside of Bradford County to contact their local police or State Police.

Kovolich is charged in Bradford County with two counts each of deceptive fraudulent business practices and home improvement fraud, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.  All the charges are felonies.
