No Plea Deal in Scott Wright Murder Case

A man accused of murdering a Binghamton teen is not bargaining down on his case.

22 year old Andre Lee is accused of shooting 19 year old Scott Wright to death on the 4^th of July at the Town and Country Apartments in Binghamton.

Lee has turned own a plea bargain that would have Lee pleading guilty to second degree murder with a sentence of 20 years to life in prison.

Lee will go to trial where, if found guilty, he could face 25 years to life in prison.
