No Headlights Arrests in Cortlandville

The driver and a passenger in a vehicle stopped in Cortlandville for not having headlights are both facing charges.

Cortland County Sheriff’s officials say the driver, 41 year old Bobbie Jo Brown of Cuyler, is charged with driving without a license, driving without headlights and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

26 year old Christopher Bush Junior of Cuyler is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.

Deputies say they found methamphetamine in the vehicle.

Authorities say they also fund Wright was wanted on a warrant for failure to appear on criminal mischief and petit larceny charges in Cortlandville.
