Investigators say no tickets will be issued in connection with a multiple-vehicle crash in West Corners.

Authorities say they have determined the driver of a truck owned by a landscaping company experienced a medical issue just prior to Tuesday morning's crash.

According to the Broome County Sheriff's Office, the truck operator - a 46-year-old Endicott man - lost control of the vehicle and went through the Route 26 intersection.

The truck hit two vehicles before plowing into a building.

Investigators determined the truck driver did not apply the vehicle's brakes before striking the other vehicles.

The driver remained hospitalized on Wednesday.
