According to a poll released on Wednesday, New York voters want Governor Andrew Cuomo not legislators to clean up legislative corruption in New York State.

In a Quinnipiac University poll, the governor should take the lead in cleaning up corruption, 54 to 32 percent.

79 percent of the voters polled said corruption is a very serious or somewhat serious problem. Also in the poll released on Wednesday, 56 percent of voters responded that the governor is doing an excellent or very good job cleaning up legislative corruption.
