New York State Gambling Regulators say the applications that have been submitted for up to four casino licenses have been posted online with the financial details that aren't subject to the Open Records Law blocked out.

Licenses are targeted for full service gambling resort developments proposed in the Albany-Saratoga area, Southern Tier-Finger Lakes and the Catkills and Mid-Hudson Valley.

Among the applications submitted for the Southern Tier are Traditions at the Glen in the Town of Union and Tioga Downs in Nichols.

A decision on the developments winning licenses is expected in the fall.

Applications can be viewed at www.gaming.NY.gov/gaming.casinos.php.
