Broome County officials say traffic will be restricted on a section of a downtown Binghamton street for the next several weeks.

A construction project at the county office building will result in some changes on Isbell Street.

No parking will be allowed because a crane and a dumpster will be in the street while the work is underway.

Local traffic will be permitted on Isbell Street. Flag personnel will assist drivers through the project area.

Access to the YWCA and the North Shore Tower apartment complex will not be affected.

Governmental plaza parking will continue to be available.

The plaza's Hawley Street entrance may be used for drop-offs and pickups.
