New Porn Indictment for Endicott Man

An Endicott man is under a new indictment for child pornography.

49 year old Michael Gumaer had been under investigation in connection with the rape of a 12 year old girl.

He’s now under indictment on four counts of sexual exploitation of a child, two counts of possessing child pornography and receipt, transmission and shipment of child pornography according to the Federal Prosecutor’s office.  Gumaer had been convicted of raping the 12 year old girl.  Sentencing in that case is set for next month.

The latest indictment accuses Gumaer of enticing girls to engage in sexually explicit conduct to be filmed with some of the allegations involving girls ages five and 12.

During the initial investigation, authorities said Gumaer had been a neighbor of one of the girls.
