31-year-old Timothy Graf is accused of shooting at a woman in a vehicle November 29 before leading Troopers on two high-speed chases prior to being apprehended.

Troopers say the alleged victim reportedly chased Graf following the shooting and made her way to the State Police Barracks in Gibson.  That’s when Graf apparently sped off with authorities picking up pursuits twice before arresting him November 30.

He was charged with attempted homicide December 17 and violation of an order of protection.

Graf is being held in the Susquehanna County Jail on $100,000 bail.
