New Milford Gas Station Robbed

Kathy Whyte/WNBF News

Authorities are looking for a suspect in the robbery of a Susquehanna County gas station.

Pennsylvania State Police say a man entered the Sunoco Service Center off Interstate 81 in New Milford Township at around 1:50 a.m. September 8th and removed the cash drawer from the register.

The suspect is white, 20-29 years old, standing 5’8″ tall and weighing about 165 pounds. He was wearing a blue/green hooded sweatshirt with ‘Sinister’ printed in white on the back.  Troopers say he was also wearing a red nylon mask, jeans and work boots.

The man was last seen fleeing toward the Northeast on foot, but may have gotten into a newer model, dark-colored Pontiac Grand Prix.

Anyone with information is asked to call Pennsylvania State Police at (570) 465-3154.
