A Mount Upton man, accused of renting out foreclosed properties that he was not associated with, is facing additional charges.

Vestal Police had arrested 31 year old Bryan Vasseur Junior for felony burglary and grand larceny for posing as a real estate agent renting a property on Imperial Woods Drive.  Now, New York State Police say he is charged with three counts of burglary and two counts of attempted grand larceny for a similar incident in the Town of Union in the Cedar Court area.

State Police say they want to talk to anyone with information about similar incidents.  Anyone with information can call the State Police at (607) 754-3874 and refer to case number 7836050.
