New Broome Democratic Chairman Named

A former Broome County Executive will be leading Democrats in the County.

Following word about a month ago that Democratic Chairman James Testani would leave before the end of his term, the party has named Timothy Grippen the new chairman.

Grippen served as County Executive from 1989 to 1996.
