New Berlin Couple Accused of Allowing Drug Sales at Their Home

Chenango County Sheriff's officials along with the Norwich Police Department say a no knock search warrant executed at a home on Meadow Lane in New Berlin has turned up a large quantity of crack cocaine, packaging material and cash.

Jessica and Alan Crisell are charged with felony criminal nuisance for maintaining a premises for the purpose of drug sales. Jessica is also charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.

Dequay Shoulders of Syracuse is charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell. He's also charged with criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shoulders was sent to the Chenango County Jail on $15,000 bail.

Officials say the search September 11 followed a lengthy investigation into the sale of crack cocaine in the Chenango County area.
