Village police say 27-year-old Sean Davis of Binghamton was arrested as a fugitive from justice.

Investigators say officers on November 11 were called to check on the welfare of a man who was in a car in a parking lot at the north end of the mall off Reynolds Road.

The person who made the report believed there was some sort of problem with the occupant of the vehicle.

When officers arrived, they discovered Davis taking a nap in the car.

Davis was wanted in Lackawanna County for recklessly endangering another person.

Davis was arraigned in Johnson City village court and sent to Broome County Jail.
