When someone hits a home run in baseball or scores a goal in hockey there usually is an accompanying "theme song" that gets played over the ballpark or arena's public address system.  For years Garry Glitter's Rock N Roll Part II was the signature song played when the B-Mets scored or hit a home run.  Hockey fans remember Brass Bonanza music when the Hartford or Binghamton Whalers scored a goal.

Now, you have a chance to select your favorite choice for such a theme song.  What do you want to hear in celebration when a Binghamton Senator scores a goal ?  Fans can nominate the song they want to be the team's signature celebration tune when a B-Sens player lights the lamp for a home team score.

To nominate your song go to Binghamtonsenators.com and look for the "Goal Song Contest"  The B-Sens will take entries until 5:00 PM on Saturday, October 1.

Binghamton opens the regular season at home on Saturday, October 15 at 7:05 PM against the Hershey Bears.  The B-Sens host the Rochester Americans in pre-season games on October 6 and 8.
