A Brooklyn man, convicted of murdering a Binghamton man in 2010, has had his sentencing put off by a few days.

22 year old Isaiah Jeremiah was to have been sentenced November 29th for the October, 2010 shooting death of 22 year old Steven Mayo during a robbery at Mayo's Leroy Street apartment. He will now be sentenced December 11th.

The Broome County District Attorney requested the delay so that Mayo's family could be present at the sentencing and make statements.

Jeremiah was convicted of first and second degree murder, robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.
