An Endicott man, who said he was going to kill a Sheriff’s Deputy, is charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say 44 year old Jack Goham reportedly yelled obscenities at Mountain Top Grove on Hance Road in the Town of Binghamton and pointed his finger at authorities acting as if it were a gun.

Authorities say bystanders told them they were alarmed by the outburst.

Gorham also allegedly struggled with a uniformed Deputy, who was on security detail at the picnic facility, before being taken into custody.

Gorham was sent to the Broome County Jail.
