Binghamton Police are looking into the details surrounding a crash involving a motorcycle and a car on the North Side.

The driver of the motorcycle, whose name has not been released, was taken to the hospital for unspecified injuries after, witnesses say, he crashed into a car while doing wheelies in the area of the Brandywine Highway and Eldridge Street at around seven a.m. July 22.

The driver of the car was not injured.

The crash shut down a portion of the Brandywine and Eldridge while the debris was cleared.

The driver of the car reported his windshield was damaged as the motorcycle flipped over the top of his vehicle.
