The Binghamton Mets were scheduled to continue their homestand tonight by hosting the Erie SeaWolves but Mother Nature had other ideas.  The rain, sleet and chilly temperatures forced the postponement of tonight's game until Saturday, June 14th as part of a doubleheader.  The starting time is set for 6:05 PM.

The terrible weather which has plagued the northeast all winter has extended into the early spring. Tonight's postponement is the second of the young season for Binghamton while Erie has been postponed three times already.

Last season the B-Mets had just one game postponed in their first 66 contests.  The three-game series is now down to two games.  The starting time for games tomorrow night and Wednesday night is 6:35 with airtime both nights at 6:20 on News Radio 1290 WNBF.  Greg Peavey is tomorrow night's scheduled starter with Wilsen Palacios on the hill for Erie.
