More Honors for Binghamton Bearcat Jordan Reed

WNBF News/ Roger Neel Photo

Binghamton Bearcat Jordan Reed has been honored once again for standout play in America East competition.  Reed played two dynamite games for BU notching two consecutive double-doubles.  He was named the America East Player of the Week yesterday for his efforts.

With yesterday’s announcement Reed won his third America East Player of the Week honors.  That ties Greer Wright’s record for most-ever in a single season as a Bearcat.  Reed scored a game-high 23 points and grabbed 15 rebounds versus conference co-leader Stony Brook on Tuesday and followed that performance with  20 points and 16 rebounds against Maine on Saturday.

Reed leads his Bearcats into road action tomorrow night in Durham, New Hampshire.  BU meets the New Hampshire Wildcats at 7 PM (airtime at 6:45 on News Radio 1290 WNBF).
