A Binghamton woman and an Endwell woman are accused of having methamphetamine and drug packaging material in a Town of Union motel room.

32 year old Ashley Backus of Binghamton is charged with felony criminal sale of a controlled substance and three counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia as well as unlawful possession of marijuana.

28 year old Jonna Cassidy of Endwell is charged with felony criminal sale of a controlled substance, felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and lesser counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana.

The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force says they found three plastic baggies containing methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, digital scales, glassine envelopes, packaging bags and marijuana.
