More arrests are being announced in a crack-down on chemicals used in the manufacture of methamphetamine.

New York State Police and Binghamton Police announced the arrests of 20 year old Orion Tanzini of Kirkwood, 19 year old Brittany Clark of Whitney Point, 38 year old Jamie Wilson of Whitney Point, 41 year old Brian Mirra of Chenango Forks and 39 year old Troy Clark of Whitney Point on various charges after finding an inactive one-pot meth lab, a loaded 12 gage Remington 870 sawed-off shotgun, four grams of methamphetamine, a small amount of marijuana and components of a methamphetamine lab.

Troy Clark was arrested on a federal warrant on an indictment on numerous counts of possession and attempted possession of a chemical knowing it would be used to manufacture methamphetamine in the Town of Triangle.

Tanzini and Brittany Clark were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Wilson and Mirra were charged with felony unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine.

Three more people were arrested in a search in the Town of Barker.

24 year old Thomas Cole Junior, 21 year old Ashley VanOstrand and 50 year old Charles McNeilly, all of Whitney Point were charged with felony counts.

Cole and VandOstrand are charged with felony unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and McNeilly was arrested on a federal warrant for possession and attempted possession of a chemical knowing it would be used to manufacture meth.

Authorities confiscated an inactive methamphetamine lab and components, Pseudoephedrin pills, four grams of meth, and a Mossberg 12 gauge shotgun.

The investigation is continuing and additional charges are pending.
