Montrose Woman Arrested After Tioga Crash

A Susquehanna County woman faces charges after a vehicle crash in Tioga County.

Authorities say 46-year-old Nancy Forba of Montrose was arrested following the crash on Route 96.

According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, Forba was driving a vehicle that struck guidewires and brush after veering off the shoulder of the roadway.

Forba was charged with driving while her ability was impaired by drugs and moving from a lane unsafely.

Forba was ordered to appear in Tioga town court August 14.
