A Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania man is to appear in City of Binghamton Court to answer to drunk driving charges.

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say they stopped 26 year old Mylon Spolar of Montrose early May 14 on Court Street for an expired registration sticker and smelled alcohol on the man’s breath.

Deputies say Spolar admitted drinking several alcoholic beverages at a local bar throughout the night.

Spolar is charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, uninspected vehicle and unregistered vehicle.

Authorities say Spolar’s driver license had been suspended for failing to pay a fine in Endicott.
