Monroeton Woman Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash

Pennsylvania state police say a Bradford County woman failed to stop at an intersection in Towanda Township and was killed when her pickup truck collided with a recreational vehicle towing a car. 

The crash happened at the intersection of state route 2027 and 220 at around 6:45 p.m.

79 year old Janet Brown of Monroeton suffered fatal injuries. The driver of the RV, 69 year old James Alexander and his passenger, 66 year old Carol Alexander, both of Sayre, suffered what were described as moderate injuries.
