Mirabito Burglar at Large

Officials in the Tioga County Sheriff’s office are looking for tips in tracking down a man who broke into the Mirabito gas station on Route 79 in the Town of Richford February 15 and tried to steal an automatic teller machine.

Investigators say the white man, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt was believed to have been driving a dark-colored 2009 or newer Ford F-150 pickup truck that had either an extended or quad cab.

The man smashed through a front glass door of the store and attempted to make off with the ATM.
