Chenango County Sheriff’s officials say a knock and talk warrant executed in the Town of Greene is responsible for the shut-down of a methamphetamine manufacturing operation.

Officials say at around 1 p.m. Wednesday (March 2) they acted on a tip about a meth lab on Cummings Road and arrested 47 year old Glenn O’Connor.

Officials say they found over 30 ounces of liquid methamphetamine along with several ingredients and laboratory equipment used in the manufacture of meth.

O’Connor was on parole for criminal possession of a controlled substance and is now charged with felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, manufacturing methamphetamine and possessing the precursors to meth.

He is being held in the Chenango County Jail.
