A Town of Cuyler man is facing drug charges after Cortland County Sheriff’s officials responded to a report of an active methamphetamine manufacturing operation on Keeny Road at around 5 p.m. Friday, March 18.

24 year old Bret Eccleston was arrested after Deputies say they found components used to manufacture meth in the home.  Two of Eccleston’s friends, who were visiting, were interviewed and then released.  Authorities say, however, more arrests are possible.

Police secured the scene and the New York State Police Contaminated Crime Scene unit assisted the Sheriff’s office Saturday, March 19 in a search of the residence where they say they found several meth manufacturing materials and 15 ounces of suspected meth oil.
