Men Plead Not Guilty in Girl’s Death in Norwich
The two Chenango County men accused of raping and killing an 11 year old girl in July plead not guilty to murder.
36 year old James Brower and his partner, 34 year old Tobias Rundstrom-Wooding are accused of acting together and killing Jacelyn O’Connor July 30th in Brower’s Norwich mobile home.
The girl was visiting step brothers at Brower’s home when authorities got a call about an unresponsive child and found the girl dead.
The two men appeared in Court in Chenango County September 18 for an indictment hearing.
Both Wooding and Brower remain jailed with bail set at $400,000 for Brower and a half million dollars for Rundstrom-Wooding.
A trial is not expected before 2018.
