Massachusetts Man Clocked 50 mph Over Speed Limit in Colchester

A Massachusetts man is accused of recklessly driving in Delaware County.

Sheriff’s officials say they arrested 29-year-old Waisham Qiu of Cambridge AT 11:45 p.m. November 11 on State Route 17 in the Town of Colchester.

Deputies say they clocked Qiu going 107 miles an hour on the highway that has a posted speed of 55 miles an hour.

He’s charged with speeding, aggravated unlicensed operation, reckless driving and having an obstructed license plate.

He was ordered to appear in Town of Colchester Court next month.
