The Fifth Annual Mase Madness Basketball Tournament continued today at the Johnson City Middle School complex on Columbia Drive. Competition featured many area standouts of all ages.  Ages levels ranged from 12 and under to adult levels.

The tournament was established in memory of Mason P. McKan who died in infancy from SIDS.  His parents Kate and Ron McKan along with countless volunteers organize the event each year.  Proceeds raised benefit the Mason P. McKan Benevolence Fund which provides scholarships to BX Training for area youth and various other organizations as well.

Former Syracuse standout Lazarus "Z" Sims  played for one of the entries as well as former Binghamton Bearcats Chretien Lukusa and Jimmy Gray and many others with college experience. Results and other tournament information is available at masemadness.com.
