One Injured in Susquehanna County Crash

A Smyrna, Georgia man is being treated for what are described as moderate injuries following a crash on Interstate 81 in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania.

State Police say 24 year old Cody Day was hurt when he hit the rear of one of three vehicles that were stopped on the highway due to multiple crashes resulting from snow and ice in Lenox Township at 12:08 a.m. January 3.

Cody’s Jeep spun and overturned down an embankment.

A second vehicle spun around and hit the third vehicle.  The two other drivers were not hurt.

Troopers say Day is being ticketed.
