A 66 year old Margaretville woman is facing a number of felony drug-related charges as she was arrested by Delaware County Sheriff’s officials as part of an on-going county-wide narcotics investigation.

Diana LeDuc is charged with a one count of second degree criminal sale, a class A-II felony, two counts of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance of a controlled substance and three counts of third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

She’s accused of selling large amounts of cocaine from her West Hubble Hill Road home on at least three occasions.

Deputies say investigators had been looking into LeDuc’s activities over the past several weeks before executing a search warrant at her address.

Authorities say they seized about a half ounce of cocaine, five hundred dollars cash, two handguns, two high capacity ammunition loading devices and a public assistance benefit card issued to LeDuc.

Officials say additional arrests and more charges may be filed concerning guns, high capacity magazines and potential welfare fraud.

LeDuc was sent to the Delaware County Jail without bail.
