Margaretville Man Accused of Sex With a Child

A 60 year old Delaware County man is accused of having sexual contact with a child under the age of 11.

New York State Police say Robert Eignor of Margaretville is charged with felony sexual abuse and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child for an incident reported at a home in Middletown.

Eignor was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $2,500 bail.
