Man Shot in Pelvis in Endicott

Endicott police are investigating an incident in which a man was shot in the pelvic area shortly after 2:30 p.m. October 21st.

Poilice say 21 year old Tyrone Howell of Binghamton is charged with criminal possession of a weapon in connection with the incident on Lincoln Avenue.

A 17 year old boy from Queens was also detained and later turned over to New York City police for an unrelated investigation.

Officials had reported that three people and the victim were seen arguing at the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Monroe Street minutes before the shooting.

The three suspects were seen fleeing toward Washington Avnue following the shooting.
