Man Posts Plans to Kill St. Regis Mohawk Police on Facebook

A Central, New York man is under indictment for allegedly threatening to kill three Saint Regis Mohawk Police Officers.

38 year old Roy Redeye was arrested in Cortland February 10 where he was living at the time.

The two-count indictment alleges Redeye threatened on Facebook that he would kill the officers.

A trial date has not been set.  If convicted, Redeye faces a maximum of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
