Man Jailed Following Kirkwood Bar Fight

A Port Crane man faces a felony assault charge after a person was hurt during a disturbance at a Broome County tavern.

Authorities say 26-year-old Roger Hall was arrested Monday night in connection with the violent dispute at Beer Thirty, a bar at 721 Upper Court Street in Kirkwood.

According to state police, troopers were called to investigate a fight at the establishment.

Hall allegedly struck a man in the face with a pint glass. The broken glass caused several lacerations to the man's face.

Hall was arraigned in Kirkwood town court. He was sent to Broome County Jail without bail.
