A Binghamton man will be sentenced in May after being convicted March 3 of predatory sexual abuse of children.

51 year old James Starnes was convicted of felony predatory sexual assault, criminal sexual assault, rape, sexual abuse and course of sexual conduct against a child for acts against girls who were 9, 12 and 14 years old.

He faces up to 60 years to life in prison.

Prosecutors say the incidents happened over at least three months dating back to 2013.
