Man Drives Into Rossi’s Pizza in Johnson City

No injuries are reported after an elderly man crashed his pickup truck into a pizza restaurant on  Harry L. Drive in Johnson City.

Village police say the man apparently backed into a parked car across the street from Rossi’s Pizza shortly after 3 p.m. March 31 and ended up driving his vehicle into the dining area of the restaurant.

Officials say bricks were sent scattering all over the dining room floor, but none of the patrons or employees in the business were hurt.
