Man Charged With DWI After Vehicle Becomes Disabled

A Tioga County man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a report of a disabled vehicle in Owego.

Authorities say 53-year-old Roland Toussaint of Apalachin was arrested Saturday.

According to state police, troopers were called to check out a broken down vehicle on West Main Street.

Officials say police determined Toussaint, the driver of the vehicle, was intoxicated.

Police say Toussaint was ordered to appear in Owego town court on June 24.
