Man Charged in Overdose Crash

Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say Narcan had to be used to revive the driver of a vehicle found overdosed in the driver’s seat.

Authorities say 24 year old Troy Ladlee of Delhi apparently had overdosed on heroin at 10:34 p.m. May 19 when his vehicle crashed into a ditch in the Town of Davenport.

Ladlee is charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.

Ladlee was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $1,000 bail.
