Binghamton police have arrested a suspect in connection with a burglary at a downtown resturant.

Investigators say 44-year-old John Vail of Binghamton also faces a charge for possessing a motorcycle which was taken from a police impound yard on Jackson Street on the South Side.

Authorities say Vail was charged with burglary and possession of stolen property.

Police say the burglary at Little Venice Restaurant at 111 Chenango Street occurred Monday. The motorcycle was stolen the following day.

Vail was arraigned in Binghamton City Court and sent to Broome County Jail.
