The Broome County Sheriff's Office has arrested a man following a traffic stop in the parking lot of their Town of Dickinson headquarters.

Officials say that the vehicle of 24-year-old Raysean Grant was stopped due to illegal window tinting and an expired inspection sticker.  It was discovered that Grant was driving with a suspended New York State driver's license.  Upon investigating further, Sheriff's say Grant was found to be in possession of Marijuana.

Police say that Grant was planning on picking up a friend who was being released from the Broome County Jail.

Grant is charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, and vehicle and traffic violations for the illegal tint and expired inspection.

Grant was ticketed for all of the offenses and is scheduled to appear in Town of Dickinson Court at a later date.
