Man Arrested for Spencer Burglary

A Spencer man is accused of stealing over $1,400 worth of property from a home on Ithaca Road in the Town of Spencer in June.

Tioga County Sheriff’s officials say 26 year old Dominick Nehrbass is charged with felony burglary and grand larceny for allegedly breaking into the home on June 22.

He was sent to the Tioga County Jail on $20,000 following his arrest October 13.
