Man Arrested After Owego Heroin Investigation

A Tioga County man was accused of possessing heroin following an investigation at Upstate Shredding in the town of Owego.

Authorities say 23-year-old Seth Church of Gaskill Road, Owego, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, Church was found to be in possession of seven packets of heroin.

Church was arraigned in Owego village court. He was sent to Tioga County Jail on $5,000 bail.

Church was ordered to appear in Owego town court on September 16.
