Man Accused of Punching His Woman Passenger in the Face

Bob Joseph/WNBF News [file][/caption]A Port Crane man is accused of assaulting a woman in the Town of Colesville while driving on Hancock Road. New York State Police say 33 year old Donald Rowe III is charged with assault, criminal mischief and unlawful possession of marijuana.

He’s accused of punching the woman passenger in the face several times, causing injury, then kicking her out of the car and driving away after taking her cellphone so she couldn’t call police.

Troopers say they found Rowe outside a garage on Fuller Road in the Town of Fenton and say they located marijuana in his pocket.

Rowe was released without bail but an order of protection has been placed against him.
