Man Accused of Dealing Drugs in Delhi

A Delhi man is facing felony charges, accused of selling Hydrocodone in the Village of Delhi between July of last year and late January of this year.

Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say 46 year old Richard Mattice is charged with three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Mattice was arrested as authorities acted on a warrant issued under a sealed indictment handed down by the Delawre County Court.

He was sent to the Delaware County Jail without bail.
