Man Accused of Damaging Delaware County Patrol Car

A Delaware County man has been charged with criminal mischief for allegedly damaging a sheriff's office patrol vehicle.

Authorities say 60-year-old Stephen Ross of Franklin was arrested in the city of Binghamton.

According to the Delaware County Sheriff's Office, Ross had been hospitalized since his arrest in July.

Ross is accused of causing damage to the interior of a patrol car following his arrest. He was arraigned in Franklin town court and released pending further court action.
